Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator at AMICO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team to drive profitable sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing sales quotations and Sales Orders based on Customer Purchase orders. - Proposing required manpower, optimizing workload distribution, and planning cover-ups during leaves. - Following up, reporting, and organizing purchase orders specifications books. - Ensuring timely preparation and submission of Request for Quotations. - Following up on quotations, receiving and implementing Purchase Orders. - Updating system price lists and communicating Bank Guarantee Requests to Accounting. - Issuing invoices to customers and processing return vouchers. - Filing Quotations and Requests for quotations, as well as archiving Catalogues and arranging for their replenishment. Candidate Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not limited to. - Professional Certificates: Experience in Sales coordination or Customer Service coordination in the Medical device/health care industry (3-7 years). - Competencies/Skills: Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal). - Additional/Desirable Qualifications: Certification in Salesforce Administration or any CRM is desirable.
