Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator at AMICO, your role is crucial in supporting the Sales team to drive profitable sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: -Preparing sales quotations -Creating Sales Orders based on Customer Purchase orders -Proposing required manpower and optimizing workload distribution -Following up, reporting, and organizing purchase orders specifications books -Ensuring timely preparation and submission of Request for Quotations -Following up on quotations, receiving and implementing the Purchase Order -Updating system price lists -Preparing and communicating Bank Guarantee Requests to Accounting -Generating invoices for customers and processing return vouchers -Filing Quotations and Requests for quotations -Archiving Catalogues and arranging for their replenishment To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: -Education: Bachelor's Degree (not limited to) -Professional Certificates -Experience: 3 - 7 years in Sales coordination or Customer Service in Medical device/healthcare industry -Competencies/Skills: Excellent multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) -Additional or Desirable Qualifications: Certification in Salesforce Administration or any CRM is desirable Joining AMICO means being part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values different perspectives and experiences.
