NOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in our Bangalore office.

About the Opportunity:


Reporting to the Manager, Regional Sales, you will act as a key connection between our customers, our APAC sales team, and our Bangalore office. You will support the sales cycle (with a particular focus on order processing and renewals), maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure smooth day-to-day office and vendor operations in Bangalore.


This role combines sales administration as well as office and vendor coordination, helping to create a well-run, welcoming, and compliant workplace.

Specific accountabilities include:

  • Assisting the sales team throughout the sales process and with administrative tasks, as required.
  • Supporting sales opportunities by researching prospects (e.g., reviewing LinkedIn profiles, analyzing websites, and understanding customer projects or needs).
  • Managing the sales order mailbox and coordinating with Account Managers.
  • Handling inbound telephone and email sales enquiries and ensuring timely, professional responses.
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Verifying orders, including customers’ contact information and payment details.
  • Handling CRM-related activities in APAC regions (India, Australia, and China), including processing quotes and orders in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Tracking, coordinating, and communicating subscription renewals, including generating and sending renewal quotes and follow-up reminder emails to ensure timely renewals.
  • Utilizing the sales database/CRM to maintain updated and accurate lead, customer, and sales records.
  • Maintaining Company and Employee Files, ensuring proper documentation, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Handling mailing and receiving of documents as needed.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

About You:

  • You have prior experience in an administrative, sales support, or office coordination role, ideally in a regional or global environment.
  • You have strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills and can comfortably juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • You are incredibly detail-oriented and take pride in accurate data, documentation, and follow-through.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and tactfully with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You work well both independently and as part of a distributed team and are comfortable collaborating across time zones.
  • You have a strong customer service mindset with a desire to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
  • You are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • You ideally have previous experience working with sales databases (e.g., CRM)
