As we expand our outreach to senior decision-makers, we are hiring a Sales Administrator to support our high-touch engagement strategy targeting CMOs of leading companies in the U.A.E. Role Summary We’re looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Sales Administrator to support our business development team by driving outbound outreach to Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) of large enterprises in the UAE. Your primary responsibility will be to book qualified, face-to-face meetings for our senior sales consultants. This is a remote role requiring high levels of self-management, communication, and precision targeting. Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted outreach to CMOs of large UAE-based companies via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. Manage and maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system. Develop personalized and compelling outreach messaging in alignment with NEXA’s value proposition. Book qualified face-to-face meetings for NEXA's senior sales and strategy team. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates. Track and report weekly activity, meeting targets for outreach volume and meetings booked. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support, lead generation, or business development role. Proven track record booking meetings with senior stakeholders (ideally C-suite level). Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn (Sales Navigator or similar). Strong familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely. Based in a time zone aligned with the UAE (or flexible to work within UAE business hours). Preferred Prior experience working with marketing, digital, or technology service companies. We work with some of the most prominent brands in the region and internationally. We are looking for a GSO Specialist passionate about the evolving world of search and AI. This role goes beyond traditional SEO—focusing on optimizing websites for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Bing CoPilot, Gemini, and Perplexity. As part of our digital growth team, you’ll combine technical SEO expertise, AI-driven content strategy, and brand visibility initiatives to ensure our presence on AI-powered search platforms. Key Responsibilities Optimize website structure and content for LLM visibility and AI-based search engines. Implement and manage technical SEO (schema, bots, internal linking, page speed, crawl errors). Create and update content tailored for zero-click searches , voice queries , and semantic indexing. Coordinate with PR teams for external content distribution (e.g., articles, forums, wikis, podcasts). Monitor brand presence and performance across AI platforms and generative tools. What We Are Looking For Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals with experience in AI-optimized content. Familiarity with LLM tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity , and their indexing behavior. Hands-on experience with structured data , meta optimization , and content clustering. Ability to collaborate across teams (content, dev, PR). Eagerness to explore and learn emerging AI search trends and tools. Nice to Have Knowledge of semantic SEO , or prompt engineering. Experience with off-page SEO , digital PR , and knowledge panels.
