Wattlecorp Cybersecurity Labs is looking for a Sales Administrative Associate to join our team in Kozhikode. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for individuals at the entry-level to start their career in the dynamic field of computer and network security.As a Sales Administrative Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the department. You will assist in managing sales data, preparing reports, and facilitating communication between various teams to drive our business objectives. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a supportive and innovative company culture.We offer a competitive salary range of $8,000 - $15,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a chance to be part of a fast-paced industry focused on cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and support
Manage and organize sales data and documentation
Prepare reports and presentations for sales meetings
Coordinate communication between sales and other departments
Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information
Maintain records of sales activities and progress
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
Support the onboarding process for new sales team members

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic understanding of sales processes is preferred
