As a Sales Administrative Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the department. Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and support
• Manage and organize sales data and documentation
• Prepare reports and presentations for sales meetings
• Coordinate communication between sales and other departments
• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information
• Maintain records of sales activities and progress
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
• Support the onboarding process for new sales team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
