• Role & responsibilities

  • Order Processing and Follow-Up:

  Verify distributor orders for accuracy and compliance with company terms. Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Provide ASMs and distributors with order updates and resolve discrepancies.

  • Inventory and Stock Management:

  Monitor distributor stock levels and alert ASMs of low stock situations. Ensure timely replenishment orders and coordinate with inventory teams to prevent stockouts. Prepare monthly stock reports for ASMs and management.

  • Sales Tracking and Analysis:

  Track distributor sales performance, returns, and payments. Prepare monthly performance summaries and highlight top performers or concerns.

  • Distributor Onboarding and Support:

  Train new distributors on processes, sales goals, and product information. Assist with account setup and provide ongoing operational support. Gather feedback to enhance distributor experience.

  • Issue Resolution:

  Address operational concerns like order discrepancies or stock shortages. Resolve issues or escalate to relevant departments and track progress until resolution.

  • Communication Hub:

  Relay updates on policies, promotions, and product launches to ASMs. Distribute promotional materials and maintain communication protocols for consistency

  • Coordination with Sales and Reporting's

  Coordinate with sales team closely Check their daily counter visits, cross with there DSR reports, Tour Plans, & Expense sheets Check their all reports received, compare with there tour plans, progress and improvement plans. Submission of their reports to management in stipulated time frame.
