Location: Mumbai / Chennai / Bangalore Division: Supply Chain Solutions Experience: Minimum 8-10 years (MBA preferred) Salary: Up to ?10-15 LPA Key Expertise: Warehousing & Transportation Sales Warehouse Operations & Business Development Job Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Account Management: Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Market Development: Strategically explore and develop business opportunities in the assigned region. Bidding & Pricing: Participate in RFPs, prepare competitive pricing proposals, and drive bid management processes. Revenue Growth: Pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term revenue-generating accounts. Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits to key accounts to assess service levels, address concerns, and enhance customer satisfaction. Billing & Collections: Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on collections to maintain a healthy cash flow. Performance Monitoring: Track sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and present data-driven insights for business growth. Preferred Skills & Attributes: Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, and transportation industries. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in the supply chain sector. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and drive business goals effectively.
