Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct sales presentations & product demonstrations
• Stay updated on industry trends & competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the company’s growth and market presence

Qualifications:
✔ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
✔ Strong customer service & relationship management abilities
✔ Experience in sales strategies & techniques
✔ Knowledge of elevator/ Real-estate industry is a plus
✔ Proficiency in CRM software & sales analysis
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
✔ Ability to work as part of a team.
