Role Overview

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with strong hands-on
expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

Deep knowledge of Joiner-Mover- Leaver (JML) processes, SoD enforcement, endpoint provisioning, and certification workflows.

Proven expertise in troubleshooting connector and integration issues, log
analysis, and ticket resolution.

¢ Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems (e.g.,Workday, SuccessFactors) and directories (Active Directory, Azure AD). ¢ Familiarity with IAM standards/protocols: SAML, SCIM, OAuth, REST APIs.
¢ Proficiency with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL-based service management. ¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
