Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP GRC Security Consultant with a strong background in SAP security architecture, role design, user administration, and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP GRC Access Control, conducting risk analysis, and ensuring secure access across SAP systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain SAP Security roles and authorizations across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and other SAP systems. Configure and administer SAP GRC Access Control modules including: o o o o Access Risk Analysis (ARA) Access Request Management (ARM) Emergency Access Management (EAM) Business Role Management (BRM) ¢ Perform risk analysis and mitigation for user access and roles. Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning, including integration with identity management systems. ¢ ¢ ¢ Conduct periodic role reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with audit teams for internal/external audits and support compliance initiatives. Provide support for SAP security incidents, troubleshooting authorization errors, and root cause analysis. ¢ ¢ ¢ Ensure secure configuration and access control within SAP Fiori and launchpad environments. Participate in SAP upgrade/migration projects with respect to security impact and remediation. Document all security-related policies, procedures, and configurations. Required Skills and Qualifications: ¢ ¢ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control. Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role design principles, and SoD frameworks. Good knowledge of SAP Fiori authorizations, OData services, and launchpad configurations. Experience in handling audit, compliance, and risk remediation activities. In this role, youll be the go-to person for ensuring that we stick to our Internal Controls Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework. Youll collaborate with the Global ICFR Team and various stakeholders to ensure our risk and control measures are top-notch. Youll drive risk assessments, coordinate annual sign-offs, and oversee control testing by auditors. Your insights will help us enhance our processes and identify gaps, making a real impact on our organization. Plus, youll maintain our SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) System and lead initiatives to prevent Segregation of Duties conflicts. Who You Are: Bachelors degree in Business Economics, Finance, Compliance & Risk Management, or a related field. At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including working with external auditors. Solid understanding of Accounting and Finance processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Familiarity with industry standards/frameworks like ISO, SOX, and COSO, along with authorization/SOD management, is advantageous. Effective communicator who thrives in a global team and works independently.
