Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented SailPoint Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in Bangalore. As a SailPoint Engineer, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of SailPoint IdentityNow and/or SailPoint IIQ solutions. You will work on integrating SailPoint with various enterprise applications, implement identity governance policies, and ensure the secure and efficient management of user identities across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint products, identity governance, and a deep understanding of IAM processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and maintain the identity lifecycle and access management processes, ensuring compliance and security standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SailPoint Configuration & Development: Configure, customize, and implement SailPoint IdentityNow and/or SailPoint IIQ solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Design and manage identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request workflows) for enterprise applications and systems.
  • Integration: Integrate SailPoint with various systems, including AD, LDAP, cloud applications, ERP systems, and custom applications using connectors and APIs.
  • Access Management: Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and entitlement management policies to ensure proper access rights across systems.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure that the SailPoint implementation aligns with governance and compliance requirements (such as SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory standards).
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows for automated access requests, approvals, and self-service processes within the SailPoint platform.
  • Policy Management: Work on policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce appropriate user access based on business needs and security requirements.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support for SailPoint solutions, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
  • Security Best Practices: Ensure that SailPoint configurations comply with security policies and standards for identity management and data protection.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and process diagrams for SailPoint configurations, workflows, and policies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to ensure that SailPoint meets organizational access and identity governance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement and work on enhancing SailPoint functionality, performance, and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or SailPoint IIQ.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
  • Experience with integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems like Active Directory (AD), LDAP, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure), and custom applications.
  • Proficient in SailPoint Beanshell scripting, Java, and IdentityNow/ IIQ API integrations.
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IIQ workflows, entitlement management, and certification campaigns.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management and the processes involved in user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and self-service management.
  • Experience with cloud IAM solutions or integrations (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and others.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • SailPoint Certification (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow Certified Engineer or SailPoint IIQ Certified Developer).
  • Experience with cloud security tools and integrations (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines for SailPoint-related deployments.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages for automation tasks.
  • Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and integration with IAM solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
