As an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Specialist, your role will involve driving IGA projects with a focus on project management, team management, and client management. You should have the capability to lead and oversee IAM SDLC engagement projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement project - Possessing experience in SailPoint IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment - Configuring source/Identity profile, developing transform/rules, configuring workflows, managing JML process and certification, and Password sync - Onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service applications to IDN - Deploying virtual appliance, understanding VA architecture, deploying rules in cloud/VA, High availability/DR configuration - Configuring and deploying IQ Service in cloud and on-prem environments - Holding professional IT certifications would be advantageous Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration projects - Proficiency in SailPoint IDN architecture and deployment - Strong understanding of IAM SDLC processes - Experience in onboarding various applications to IdentityNow platform - Cloud deployment experience and knowledge of VA architecture - Excellent verbal and written communication skills If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, kindly provide them for a more comprehensive understanding.,
