Role Overview: As a SailPoint L3 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing SailPoint for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals. Your strong background in coding and development using Java, along with excellent problem-solving skills, will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Supported / Implemented SailPoint for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals. - Demonstrate strong technical skills. - Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills. - Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident. - Be a strong team player. Qualifications: - Total 8 years of experience in support of SailPoint IIQ tool. - Minimum 2 years of Level 3 development/support of SailPoint.
