The SailPoint L3 role involves supporting and implementing SailPoint for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in coding and development using Java, along with excellent problem-solving skills. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and industry verticals, showcasing your technical expertise and troubleshooting skills. Your responsibilities will include supporting and implementing SailPoint for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals. You will be expected to demonstrate strong technical skills, problem troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure during critical incidents. Collaboration is key in this role, and you will be required to be a strong team player, contributing effectively to the team's success. To qualify for this role, you should have a total of 8 years of experience in supporting SailPoint IIQ tool, with a minimum of 2 years spent in Level 3 development/support of SailPoint. Your skill set should encompass excellent knowledge of JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, and other scripting languages, as well as XML. A strong understanding of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint, Java debugging skills, and LDAP concepts is essential. Experience in developing/supporting workflows, forms, and other SailPoint IDM components is also required, along with familiarity with Application/Web Servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or Websphere. Preferred skills for this role include experience with additional IAM tools and technologies, as well as knowledge of cloud-based identity solutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to collaborate with global counterparts and engage with customers directly.
