Safety Trainer - Punjab - GO/JC/1266/2025

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for oil and gas operations, focusing on safety culture implementation and competency building
• Conduct competency building workshops to enhance the skills of employees
• Provide on-site client support to ensure effective implementation of safety systems and training tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to safety systems and training tools
• Coordinate and manage projects related to safety training and implementation
• Prepare and submit reports on training programs and project progress
• Document and maintain records of training programs and project activities
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance safety culture and training effectiveness
• Analyze feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their safety training needs are met
  

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in oil and gas operations, with a focus on safety training and implementation
• 2 Years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry Operations.
• Strong technical expertise in handling oil and gas operations
• Excellent training and facilitation skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
• Strong client relationship management and customer support skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
• Fluency in English and local language (as applicable)
