Safety Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety standards across the company’s truck fleet using Samsara’s telematics, dash cams, and compliance tools. This role ensures drivers adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and promotes a culture of proactive safety and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Safety Monitoring & Risk Reduction

• Monitor real-time driver behavior through Samsara’s AI dash cam system.
• Review and investigate safety events such as harsh braking, speeding, phone use, and fatigue.
• Identify high-risk driving trends and initiate corrective actions.
• Conduct video-based driver coaching sessions using Samsara Safety Inbox.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain and update safety scorecards for all drivers.
• Generate weekly and monthly safety reports for leadership.
• Track incident rates, near misses, and violations using Samsara analytics.
• Identify trends and recommend safety improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,156.54 - ₹40,000.00 per month
