Role Description

This is a full-time Safety Supervisor role, located on-site in Bengaluru. The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs and protocols. Key responsibilities include conducting safety training sessions, ensuring compliance with occupational health standards, investigating accidents, and collaborating with engineering teams to address safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety, Occupational Health expertise
• Proficiency in conducting Safety Training sessions
• Experience in Safety Engineering and implementing safety protocols
• Accident Investigation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field
• Certifications in health and safety are a plus
