Safety Officer- MEP Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor safety procedures across MEP project sites.

Conduct daily safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with statutory and company safety standards.

Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and induction programs for site workers.

Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe work practices.

Maintain safety documentation such as incident reports, risk assessments, and permits to work.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for safety compliance.

Investigate and report near-misses, accidents, and unsafe practices.

Support management in implementing HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction, Electrical and MEP safety standards.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to identify hazards and take proactive actions.

Familiarity with safety audit tools and statutory regulation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
