Daily safety inspection across plant operations
Ensure compliance with Factory Act, EHS & ISO norms
Conduct toolbox talks, fire drills, and safety training programs
Incident reporting, root cause analysis & corrective action implementation
Maintain and update safety documentation (MSDS, Risk Assessment, etc.)
Coordination with HR/Admin for employee safety engagement activities
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Diploma with ADIS / PDIS / Industrial Safety Certification (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in rubber / chemical / manufacturing industry
Sound knowledge of statutory safety compliance & PPE standards
Strong communication, reporting & leadership skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
