Job Description

Job Responsibility

Plan and implement OHS policies and programs
Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics
Provide HSE training on a regular basis
Adhere to all the rules and regulations
Conduct risk assessment
Work with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety
Enforce preventative measures
Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions
Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations
Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees' Safety
Follow in the establishment of workplace safety and health committees
Maintaining the ETP & STP effectively to achieve the effluent parameters to comply PCBs rules & regulations
Following ISO 14001 (EMS) protocols in the premises
Achieving zero accidents through the continuous process of Induction, training, monitoring & preventive measures
Performs other related duties as assigned.
