Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and improving all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives within the furniture manufacturing facility. Ensures statutory compliance, drives safety culture, and safeguards workforce, machinery, and infrastructure.

Location: Jigani Industry -Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct induction and machine safety trainings.
• Implement HSE policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
• Perform risk assessments, JHA, workplace inspections, and audits.
• Lead incident/near-miss investigations and ensure CAPA implementation.
• Monitor and report HSE KPIs, safety metrics, and regulatory documentation.
• Manage contractor safety performance and ensure adherence to site rules.
• Oversee fire & life safety systems, emergency preparedness, and mock drills.
• Coordinate with teams to promote proactive safety practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing sector HSE management.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, IMS, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and HSE tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
