Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 14 years of experience to fill the role of AM/Manager - Safety for an Agrochemical Company in Saykha, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Process Safety and experience working in an Agrochemical plant.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide subject matter expertise in Process Safety to ensure industry best practices.
Coordinate Fire Evacuation and Fire Drills for a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laws by managing the Safety Committee.
Develop and implement effective safety management systems to prevent accidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Extensive knowledge of OSHAS (ISO 45001:2018), DOT, NFPA, EPA, and other governmental regulations & laws.
Knowledge of (EMS) Environment Management System.
Experience in Chemical Safety and EHS Management.
Strong understanding of Green Field Projects and their impact on safety.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex safety information.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
