He is responsible for implementing culture of reporting of Leading and lagging safety indicators at site and implement learning lessons Key Role & Responsibility Implement Incident reporting and investigation procedure at site To define procedures for collecting lead indicators, i.e Near miss reporting, Unsafe act and Condition reporting, Safety audit and inspection findings, equipment inspection findings Analyze data on lead indicators and prioritize actions through recommending intervention program Formulate incident investigation committee at site and train them on incident investigation techniques Coordinate for incident investigation and review the investigation report of near miss, High potential incident, first aid and medical treatment cases (Not reportable incident) Constitute committee and take part in incident investigation of severity above Reportable incident Develop lesson learnt document, circulate to all and facilitate parallel deployment of learnings. Issue safety alert on all incident (HIPO, First aid and above) To prepare & maintain the data on Incident and investigation recommendation. To design & roll out necessary interventions for top unsafe Act/unsafe condition observed at site. To support and aid CSM specialist in contractor safety performance monitoring To prepare and submit weekly/Monthly MIS to Project Safety manager END ==================================================================================
