Key Role & Responsibility

• To conduct regular meeting with the site team on job planning and reviewing the Hot Work and its Risk assessment prepared by agency and engineer In charges
• To check and evaluate the effectiveness of the Risk Assessment or propose to prevent personal injuries
• To advise on safety aspects in the all hot work by reviewing method statements, HIRA and JSA
• To ensure on the matters related to carrying out Hot Work inspections at the sites
• To prepare & maintain the data of PTW prepared & issued against Hot Work and Hot Metal Handling.
• To design and conduct suitable training and educational program for Hot Work Procedure
• Trend analyze of Hot Work PTW’s issued, to understand & fix action plan for gaps in Hot Work
• To monitor and analyze all gaps and observations reported in hot work activites and advice for the best control measures to be taken
• Participate in management meeting and raise high severity points related to implementation of Hot Work Procedure
• Provide inputs to management on strengthening the Safety in Hot Work Activities
• To prepare and submit weekly, Monthly MIS to Project manager
