Job Overview:

Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and site inspections.
Ensure all workers (staff, engineers, labor) wear proper PPE and follow safety protocols.
Lead accident/incident investigations and submit detailed reports with corrective actions.
Train site personnel on safety procedures, emergency response, and safe work practices.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to mitigate risks.
Maintain statutory safety records and compliance with labor laws, ISO, and government regulations.
Manage barricading, signage, first-aid stations, and safety equipment at sites.
Liaison with safety inspectors and handle compliance documentation.
