Safety Engineer - HSE

Role Overview: As a Safety Engineer in the HSE department, your primary task is to develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace. Additionally, you will provide safety training to employees on various topics such as emergency response, hazard communication, and personal protective equipment. Your role also involves investigating accidents and incidents, maintaining safety records, and collaborating with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupational health and safety, participate in safety committees and meetings, coordinate with external agencies, and monitor the effectiveness of safety programs to drive continuous improvement.
