Responsibilities: Safety Management: Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety protocols and policies in compliance with local, state, and national regulations. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Ensure that all employees receive proper safety training and maintain a record of training activities. Investigate workplace accidents or incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Coordinate with site supervisors and management to ensure all safety measures are enforced during operations. Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Labour Management: Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations, including working hours, wages, and employee welfare. Maintain accurate records of employees, including attendance, contracts, and statutory benefits like ESI, PF, and gratuity. Address and resolve labor grievances and disputes in a timely and fair manner. Liaise with labor unions, government bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth labor relations. Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation programs for laborers to ensure they are aware of safety and operational policies. Experience in Construction Project.
