Job Description

Co-ordination & Billing for Composite Building Construction Project.Responsibilities:
Site Management:Supervise and oversee daily site operations to ensure timely and quality project completion.Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other site personnel.Ensure adherence to project plans, designs, and specifications.Quality Control:Monitor and enforce quality standards for all construction activities.Conduct inspections and resolve issues related to design and execution.Safety Compliance:Implement and maintain safety protocols as per regulatory requirements.Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on the site.Resource Management:Manage the procurement and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.Ensure the availability of resources to meet project milestones.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor, material usage, and project progress.Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to project managers or stakeholders.Technical Support:Provide technical guidance to on-site teams to ensure design accuracy.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants for project execution.
