Safety and Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Safety Supervisor cum Site Supervisor to oversee site activities in the signage industry. The role involves ensuring strict compliance with safety standards, supervising on-site work, and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce workplace safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and regular inspections at project sites.
• Supervise on-site installation and fabrication activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Report and document safety observations, incidents, and progress updates.
• Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in site supervision, preferably in signage, construction, or related industries.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree/diploma in safety, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in workplace safety or supervisory roles.

3. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and investigations.

6. Certification in workplace safety (e.g., NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
