Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and share Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and YTD MIS reports.
Ensure all reporting requirements are fulfilled and delivered on time.
Conduct data analysis and research to support informed business decisions.
Suggest improvements in products and processes based on insights.
Coordinate with internal teams and multiple departments for data collection.
Handle end-to-end business requests across different locations.
Automate reports and processes using VBA Macros to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Work individually or with the team to share analysis on various projects.

Key Skills & Requirements

Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
SQL knowledge and ability to work with large datasets.
Experience in Automation & VBA Macros.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in General Insurance (GI) / Life Insurance (LI) is mandatory.
Knowledge of IBM Cognos or similar tools would be an added advantage.
Comfortable with shifts and weekly roster offs.

Education

Graduate (any discipline).

Experience

3-7 years for Associate / Sr. Associate Strategy & MIS.
