Job Summary:

We’re looking for a results-driven SaaS Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and data-driven strategies to fuel the growth of a SaaS product. You will help build and execute marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, product adoption, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

● Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and relevant forums to identify and attract potential clients.

● Manage and optimize paid and organic digital marketing efforts (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, social, and content marketing).

● Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and funnel strategy.

● Present product demos, communicate value propositions, and close deals with SMEs and enterprise clients.

● Create, test, and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead nurturing workflows.

● Support product launches and feature updates with go-to-market plans and campaigns.

● Stay updated on SaaS marketing trends, competitive landscape, and tools.

Required Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

● 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or a similar digital marketing role.

● Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reddit communities, and Slack/Discord forums

● Familiarity with SEO/SEM and content strategies.

● Knowledge of payroll, HR tech, or fintech is a plus
