Title: Implementation Specialist

Location: Gurugram, Onsite

Shift: Night Shift- 6:30PM to 3:30PM

Mandatory skills: Client Onboarding, Data Validation, Excellent communication, reporting.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Onboarding Analyst to support client onboarding and data validation for our SaaS product. You will validate client data, configure system settings, and ensure a smooth go-live experience. This role is process-driven, detail-oriented, and requires strong written communication.

What You’ll Do

• Validate client data files (CSV/Excel) for accuracy, format, and data types
• Document discrepancies clearly so clients can correct data errors
• Verify DNS records and email settings for new clients
• Perform account staging and bulk updates during onboarding
• Check email template links monthly to ensure they work correctly
• Execute client offboarding tasks following internal checklist
• Log issues and tasks using Jira and internal tools

What You Need

• 4+ yrs of experience in Client Onboarding/Implementation specialist role
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to follow structured processes with high accuracy
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly
• Prior experience with data validation, onboarding, or QA is a plus
• DNS/email knowledge is a plus but not required
