Apply creative use of industry standard tools to aid in the diagnostic process. 6-10+ years of relevant experience. Ability to influence and build cooperative relationships with executives and technical specialists. Skilled in communicating effectively in escalated technical and functional situations. Hands on experience in ERP modules implementation and support. Strong listening skills to identify core issues and develop action plans to resolve them swiftly.
