About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using

  Rust

  (preferred) or a similar backend language.
• Support mobile app development, with a gradual transition to

  React Native

  (not an immediate priority).
• Deploy and maintain servers on

  AWS

  , with

  PostgreSQL

  as the core database.
• Collaborate with the team on

  Dockerised environments

  and

  CI/CD pipelines

  (GitLab).
• Build, enhance, and maintain

  frontend features in ReactJS

  .
• Deliver new functionalities aligned with the

  product roadmap (20+ features planned)

  .
• Work on an

  existing platform

  – no need to build from scratch.

Requirements

• Strong programming experience with

  Rust

  or other backend languages.
• Proven hands-on experience with

  ReactJS

  for frontend development.
• Knowledge of

  AWS cloud infrastructure

  and

  PostgreSQL

  .
• Familiarity with

  Docker

  and

  CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)

  .
• Understanding of

  mobile app development

  (React Native experience is a plus).
• Ability to work

  independently

  and deliver high-quality, scalable features.
• Strong

  problem-solving skills

  and effective

  communication abilities

  .
