Rubber technologist / Polymer Engineer

Designing & developing rubber products, optimizing the rubber formulation and improving the manufacturing process

Bachelor's or master's degree in Polymer Science or Rubber technology or a related field.

Experience: Min. 10 Yrs. working in the rubber industry or a related field, preferably in rubber compounding, extrusion, rubber bonding with metals, materials testing, or product development.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of rubber materials, compounding techniques, and processing methods. Proficiency in rubber testing equipment and methodologies. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze and interpret test data, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose effective solutions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis, documentation, and presentation (e.g., MS Office, ERP, Statistical Analysis Tools)
