RTV Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RTV/Rework Supervisor to oversee PCB repair, fault-finding, and rework activities in our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics and the ability to maintain accurate documentation while ensuring timely completion of rework tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise PCB repair, fault-finding, and rework activities in the production process.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and rework procedures.
• Prepare and maintain rework reports, documentation, and related records.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor and improve rework processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to the rework team as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Diploma/ITI in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PCB repairing, fault-finding, or industrial rework (preferred).
• Good communication skills with English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written).
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• Basic knowledge of computers and ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
