How will you do it

Managing the day-to-day activities of the finance team and ensures the RTR finance function is organized and efficient and produces accurate financial.
Monthly closings and reporting
Maintaining MEC accuracy and consistency checks
Variance analysis and corrective actions
Cash & Bank Reconciliation ensure entity reported cash is reconcile with global cash.
Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly OneStream Sign Off File Preparation for stakeholder s update highlighting significant changes.
Understand One Stream entity flow, Mapping and Transformation rule along with consolidation
Partner with Business Finance and RTR to ensure smooth functioning of finance and accounting
Ensure adherence to SOX and internal controls
Contribute ideas and action towards the continuous improvement of processes
Support strategic projects and initiatives
Reporting and consolidation of various data point to support analysis

What we look for

Fulltime bachelor s in commerce / Master s degree in Finance / Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant
Must have 5-8 experience in Consolidations
In-depth hands-on experience of month end closing & HFM/One Stream Reporting
Expert in MS Excel
Excellent in English communication and stakeholder management
Must have Global RTR transition experience
Power BI knowledge will be added advantage
