While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, we welcome applications from

necessary skills and knowledge before they assume responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, triage, and escalate security incidents using NAVEX, access control

systems, and other enterprise tools.

• Conduct real-time CCTV surveillance, identify anomalies, and escalate findings

to relevant stakeholders.

• Respond to security alarms, alerts, and breaches with urgency and accuracy.

• Manage incident intake workflows, ensuring proper data, prioritization, and

resolution tracking.

• Support corporate investigations by analyzing CCTV footage, access logs, and

other digital evidence.

• Handle security-related inbound calls, ensuring professional and empathetic

communication.

• Collaborate with internal departments, facility teams, and leadership to

maintain a secure and responsive workplace.

• Assist in travel security assessments, including risk profiling, itinerary tracking,

and emergency support.

• Provide event security support by maintaining event tracker, conducting site

risk assessments, monitoring approval workflows, and collecting post-event

feedback.

• Maintain incident dashboards, generate periodic reports, and contribute to

continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate in security audits, compliance checks, and policy reviews as

required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in physical security operations, incident lifecycle

management, or security monitoring (not mandatory).

• Exposure to investigative support, including evidence collection and reporting.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity

with incident management platforms is a plus.

• Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar high-alert

environment.

• Understanding of security process workflows, risk management,

and compliance protocols.

• Bachelors degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or related

field preferred.

Key Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with

stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive

information.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and

holidays.
