Job Summary

The India Badging Administrator / Coordinator will serve as the single point of contact for all employee and contractor badging activities across India. This role is responsible for badge issuance, access management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance

with global security processes and KPIs. The position requires close coordination with HR, Security, Facilities, and restricted area owners to support secure and efficient access management.\

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all badging and access-related requests across India.

• Print and issue employee and contractor badges in accordance with approved global badging processes and standards.

• Manage and process various badging requests, including:

  • New Employee Badge
  • New Contractor Badge
  • Lost or Replacement Badge
  • Restricted Area Access Requests
  • Access Review Requests from HR and restricted area owners (e.g., labs)

• Conduct quarterly access reviews in coordination with restricted area owners to ensure appropriate access controls.

• Coordinate badging support for visiting employees and temporary access requirements.

• Respond to, track, and close all Help Request / Service Desk tickets related to badging within defined KPIs and SLAs.

• Maintain accurate records of badge issuance, access levels, and audits.

• Manage inventory of badging supplies, including badge stock, printers,

cartridges, retractors, and lanyards; place orders as required.

• Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and data

confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control, or badging administration.

• Experience working with access control systems, ticketing tools, and inventory management is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and process adherence.

• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume requests with accuracy and timeliness.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
