Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire existing and potential new Sub-broker / Franchise / channel partners, both individually and with your team.
Handhold and work closely with partners to ensure scale-up, retention, and transactions, while adding new clients through initiatives.
Provide key market and competition insights to business, product, and senior management teams.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Analyse sales metrics to determine business growth potential by cities and addition of hub & spoke models.
Organize events and activities to generate leads and drive Sub-broker / IFA acquisition.
