Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Job Title: Implant IT Recruiter C2H (Domestic Staffing)

Experience:

Work as an
on-site implant recruiter
at client location for domestic IT staffing
Handle
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for
C2H IT positions
Partner closely with
client hiring managers
to understand technical requirements, priorities, and timelines
Source candidates using
Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and job portals
Screen resumes, conduct
telephonic/initial technical screenings
, and assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication
Manage
offer discussions, C2H terms, documentation, and joining follow-ups
Ensure adherence to
SLAs, TAT, compliance, and quality benchmarks
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ATS updates
Act as a
single point of contact
for client stakeholders and internal delivery teams
Address hiring challenges proactively and suggest sourcing strategies

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in
IT recruitment with C2H / Contract staffing (Domestic)
Prior exposure to
Implant / RPO hiring model
Excellent
client handling and stakeholder management
skills
Hands-on experience with
Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS tools
Good understanding of
IT technologies and roles
Ability to work in
fast-paced, SLA-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
Experience with
staffing consultancies or RPO organizations
