Job Description Role RPA Support Engineer Robotic Process Automation Automation Anywhere Description RPA Support Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of deployed bots The role involves monitoring troubleshooting and swiftly addressing any issues or failures related to the RPA solutions to minimize disruptions in business processes Responsibilities Continuously monitor deployed bots to ensure they perform tasks as expected utilizing monitoring tools and dashboards for real time surveillance Quickly respond to and resolve bot failures or errors which may include debugging bot scripts adjusting bot configurations or coordinating with IT departments for infrastructure related issues Quickly respond to and resolve bot failures or errors which may include debugging bot scripts adjusting bot configurations or coordinating with IT departments for infrastructure related issues Log all bot related enhancement change requests perform impact analysis estimate effort complexity plan delivery and track their closure keeping Bot Specification Document up to date Ensure bots remain compatible with updates in the RPA tool itself or integrated systems by applying necessary patches or upgrades Collate and analyse bot performance metrics ensuring agreed OLAs SLAs are met publish periodic reports and recommend improvements This might involve optimizing bot code suggesting infrastructure upgrades or even retraining bots Collaborate closely with RPA developers business analysts and IT teams to ensure the bot environment is always in sync with organizational needs and updates Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the Known Error Database KEDB Handover Takeover etc Desired Skills and Experience 1 to 2 years of overall IT experience with programming experience in Net Visual Basic C RPA platforms like AA UiPath Blue Prism etc Atleast 1 year of development experience on Automation Anywhere RPA platform Qualification Any Graduate Degree Certification Mandatory Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional Experience with scripting languages Python Perl PowerShell Bash VBS etc Experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript is preferred Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and comfortable presenting materials across multiple levels of the organization Must have strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
