Job Description

  • Daily Operations & Monitoring Review bot runs daily, monitor bot statuses and queues, and ensure automations are running as expected.
  • Incident & Ticket Management Manage and respond to client support tickets vigilantly and proactively, ensuring sharp TATs and high client satisfaction.
  • Process Understanding & Client Liaison Develop a strong understanding of client business processes; act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical support teams.
  • Bot Optimization Continuously work to optimize bot performance, resource utilization, and license allocation across client automations.
  • Infrastructure & Architecture Awareness Understand UiPath deployment architecture, including orchestrator management, VM allocations, and license governance.
  • Support Leadership Lead and guide the managed services support team, ensuring high standards of responsiveness, quality, and delivery excellence.
  • Performance Reporting Provide regular reports and insights to clients on bot performance, utilization, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement Identify recurring issues, propose enhancements, and collaborate with solution teams to improve stability and scalability of automations.

Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of RPA experience with at least 3+ years in UiPath-focused support/managed services roles.
Strong experience in managing support operations for existing bots, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Proven ability to work directly with clients, manage SLAs, and deliver proactive support.
Technical Skills
Strong UiPath expertise in orchestrator, queues, unattended bots, and scheduling.
Solid understanding of UiPath infrastructure (VM allocations, license utilization, orchestrator architecture).
Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and bot stability best practices.
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and integrations preferred.
Prior experience in support/maintenance of enterprise RPA environments is essential.
