Act as a single Source of Truth for monitoring SSC performance against the agreed SLA/KPIs defined and publish SSC performance dashboard. Proficiency in preparing and presenting CEO/CXO packs, SLT decks, flyers, organise Steerco meetings, etc. Manage and maintain governance calendar and drive closure of governance ATRs.
