Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated workflows tailored to business requirements. Customize, configure, and optimize the Kore.ai platform to address specific business needs, focusing on user interface (UI) design, dialogue flows, and task automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable AI solutions. Continuously monitor and enhance bot performance by staying updated on the latest Kore.ai features, AI advancements, and machine learning trends. Primary Skills 1+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1+ years of hands-on experience working with the Kore.ai platform. Proven expertise in developing chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.ai tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or other scripting languages. Experience with API integrations, including RESTful APIs and third-party services. Strong understanding of dialogue flow design, intent recognition, and context management. Secondary Skills Kore.ai platform certification is a strong advantage. Knowledge of automation tools and RPA technologies is beneficial.
