What would you do
Design and implement automation solutions using Excel Macros, VBA, Python, and other scripting tools.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights and performance tracking.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.Present analytical findings and automation outcomes to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across business operations.Ensure documentation, testing, and deployment of automation solutions follow best practices and governance standards.Self-initialized Collaboration with various in house team to find any automation opportunitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Automation & Analytics Specialist to drive process efficiencies and data-driven decision-making across business functions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in automation tools including MS Excel Macros, VBA, Python, and other relevant technologies. Strong proficiency in Power BI and presentation skills is essential, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. This role demands excellent communication and articulation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and leadership teams. The candidate must be resilient under pressure and capable of delivering high-impact solutions within tight timelines.Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. Includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
What are we looking for
Proven expertise in MS Excel (Advanced), Macros, VBA, Python for automation.Proven expertise in entire MS Office Pack.Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including DAX, data modeling, and visualization.Certification in Power BI, Python, or related technologies.Experience in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Office 365, Co-Pilot application Integration).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business acumen.Ability to engage with senior leadership, understand strategic goals, and align technical solutions accordingly.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.Experience in handling pressure situations and delivering quality outcomes within deadlines.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.Understanding of accounting concepts would be a plus.Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS for data handling and automation.
