We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in UiPath and working knowledge of Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions primarily using UiPath and, where applicable, Automation Anywhere.
Configure bots, scripts, and workflows to meet business needs.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automation workflows.
Maintain and update automation documentation and technical specifications.
Monitor bot performance and provide post-deployment support.
Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Secondary Skill: Working knowledge of Automation Anywhere A360 development.
Good understanding of RPA concepts, process design, and development lifecycle.
Proficiency in scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, Python preferred).
Knowledge of API integrations and working with different data formats (JSON, XML, Excel).
Experience in debugging and optimizing RPA bots for performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
UiPath Developer Certification.
Automation Anywhere Advanced/Professional Certification.
Exposure to other automation tools or intelligent automation technologies.
