Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks using Selenium (Java/Python/C# as applicable).
Perform API automation testing using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, SOAPUI, or equivalent.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
Execute automated and manual tests, perform defect logging, tracking, and validation.
Work closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to Agile development practices.
Provide root-cause analysis for defects and offer recommendations for improvements.
Ensure testing best practices, coding standards, and documentation are followed.

Preferred candidate profile

4-7 years of relavent experience in Automation Testing.
Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
Solid experience in API automation (RestAssured/Postman/SOAPUI).
Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and test management.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Experience with version control tools (Git, GitHub, Azure Repos).
