Mandatory Skills: MS Dynamics Power Automate, RPA Development, UI Path 1. Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate. Power Automate experience is highly preferred. 2. 2+ years experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, JavaScript, .Net. 3. Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language). 4. Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects. 5. Experience developing and consuming APIs. 6. Working experience in VBA macro and VB scripting. 7. Power Automate RPA Developer certifications preferred but not must. 8. Experience with Agile development methodology. 9. Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) often preferred. 10. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning. 11. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Superior time and project management skills. 12. Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. 13. Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods. 14. Ability to work through ambiguous situations. Understanding of workflow-based logic. 15. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. 16. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed. 17. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
